Privacy policy

This calculator runs entirely in your browser. We don't collect, transmit, or store your date of birth, birth time, due date, or any other input you type into it — there's no server involved in the calculation, so there's nothing to send in the first place.

What we don't collect

We don't use accounts, sign-ups, or tracking cookies tied to who you are. We don't know your name, and your date of birth, birth time, and every other calculator input never leave your browser — see "Analytics" below for the one exception to how this site otherwise avoids third-party tracking.

Standard hosting logs

Like virtually every website, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information for security and reliability — things like IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. This happens at the infrastructure level, the same way it would for any site on the internet; we don't use it for tracking or profiling, and it never includes anything you type into the calculator.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic — for example, which pages are popular and roughly how many people visit. This sets cookies and sends Google information like your approximate location (from IP address), browser and device type, and the pages you view. It never receives your date of birth, birth time, due date, or any other value you type into the calculator — those stay in your browser regardless of Analytics. Fonts and assets

All fonts and images used on this site are bundled and served from our own domain at build time. The only third-party request made at runtime is to Google Analytics, described above — no other scripts, fonts, or trackers are loaded from external services.

Optional actions that involve third parties

If you choose to download a result image, copy a shareable link, export a calendar (.ics) file, or use the "Add to Google Calendar" option, those actions only include the specific details you're sharing (for example, a single milestone date and label). The Google Calendar option opens a page on Google's own site, directly from your browser — that exchange is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.

Children's privacy

This tool can be used to calculate a baby's or child's age, but it isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone — because it doesn't collect personal information at all.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
